Tamara Fou, AICP

Tamara Fou is a planner with the City of Chicago Department of Planning and Development (DPD) where she focuses on planning initiatives in Chicago’s Far South Side. Originally from Tokyo, and having lived in several cities since, lived experiences and seeing different priorities in planning has shaped how Tamara approaches her work - being flexible to new ideas and being an emphatic listener. Tamara holds a Master's degree in Masters of Urban Planning and a Bachelor of Science in Sustainable Urban Environments from New York University.
