Consuelo Arguilles, AICP

Consuelo Arguilles, AICP has approximately twenty years of local government experience in development, zoning, and planning. She is passionate about public service and effective building and site design. She is the Assistant Community Development Director for the Village of Addison, and has held management roles in the Community Development and Urban Planning field in a variety of communities in the Chicago area.
Consuelo holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Urban Planning from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Master of Urban Planning and Policy Degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She actively participates in professional affiliations, including the Municipal Design Review Network, Legacy Project, American Planning Association, Local Government Hispanic Network, and Women in Planning and Development. Currently, she serves as Membership Chair on the Illinois Local Government Hispanic Network and is Co-Chair of Membership on the Women in Planning & Development.
