Chelsa S. Moore is a community builder, urban planner, and engagement strategist dedicated to uplifting neighborhood voices across Chicago. As a community planner, she works with residents, organizations, and city partners to create projects that reflect community priorities and strengthen local pride. With a background in both accounting and urban planning, Chelsa combines financial expertise with her passion for equitable development. She holds a Master of Urban Planning & Policy from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Throughout her career, Chelsa has collaborated with churches, local artists, grassroots groups, and cultural organizations to design engagement strategies, support public art initiatives, and build capacity for long-term neighborhood growth. She believes residents are the true experts of their communities and is committed to creating spaces where their voices guide meaningful change.

• My world revolves around my dog Brownie, and he is the reason why I started a community block club in my neighborhood.
• I come from a family of 10, and we all have musical talents. Think Brady brunch meets The Jackson 5. No, I am not MJ but I do sing. LOL
