About the Chair: Andrea Lewis
Andrea is a recent Master in Urban Planning and Policy graduate with various experiences working with Chicago community-based organizations using GIS, implementing local food & public space initiatives and collecting data. Her primary interests are in environmental geospatial modeling, local food policy and sustainable design.
2010-2011 Committee Goals
The Programs Committee is dedicated to planning events that encourage social interactions and networking opportunities to our members of all professional levels. Our monthly recurring event is WP+Drinks, which is a happy hour for members to rekindle relationships in a friendly and casual setting.
In 2010-2011 the programs committee continues its tradition of providing professional support for its membership by providing formal and informal opportunities for profressional growth through events such as the annual holiday party, co-sponsored networking events, tours of our urban environment, and much more.
